Abstract
Penelitian ini mengungkap pengaruh model TGFU terhadap displin diri siswa di MTS Al-Musyawarah, Lembang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Eksperimen dengan desain Quasi-Eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa MTS Al-Musyawarah, Lembang yang berjumlah 312 siswa yang terdiri dari 13 kelas. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 24 siswa kelas 7 A yang belajar dengan model TGFU dan 7 C yang belajar dengan model konvensional. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Self-Discipline Questionaire dari NEO-PI yang memiliki reliabilitas 0.85. Teknik Analisis data menggunakan uji ANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai F 25.534 dan sig. 0.000. Ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani yang terencana dan terprogram dengan baik menggunakan model TGFU, memberikan hasil yang lebih signifikan terhadap peningkatan disiplin diri siswa di MTS Al-Musyawarah, Lembang.
