Abstract
Kajian literatur ini mengeksplorasi dampak penerapan pendekatan Student Centered Learning (SCL) dalam pendidikan jasmani terhadap motivasi, partisipasi aktif, pemahaman materi, dan pengembangan keterampilan motorik siswa. Pendidik perlu untuk melakukan transisi dari pendekatan teacher-centered menuju SCL yang menempatkan siswa sebagai pusat proses pembelajaran. Tujuannya adalah menganalisis efektivitas SCL dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan, hasil belajar, dan perkembangan positif siswa dalam pendidikan jasmani. Metode yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review dengan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis 10 artikel penelitian sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi yang telah dibuat oleh peneliti yaitu artikel nasional maupun international mulai dari tahun 2015-2024. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa SCL terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi, partisipasi aktif, pemahaman konsep dan strategi dalam olahraga, serta pengembangan keterampilan motorik siswa. Namun, efektivitasnya dapat bervariasi bergantung pada jenis aktivitas dan persiapan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran dengan pendekatan ini. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pendidik dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang efektif untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan jasmani.
