Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi informasi memberikan kemudahan bagi generasi alfa dalam mengakses informasi dan berinteraksi secara digital, namun juga menimbulkan tantangan berupa meningkatnya ketergantungan gawai pada remaja. Kondisi ini menuntut strategi alternatif untuk mendukung perkembangan karakter dan kecakapan hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji optimalisasi olahraga terstruktur sebagai media pengembangan life skill untuk mendukung Positive Youth Development (PYD) serta mengidentifikasi jenis olahraga yang efektif bagi remaja. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berdasarkan pedoman PRISMA, dengan menelaah artikel dari Taylor & Francis, Web of Science, PubMed, SPORTDiscus, dan Google Scholar yang dipublikasikan pada periode 2015–2025. Dari total 259 artikel yang diidentifikasi, 15 artikel memenuhi kriteria dan dianalisis secara naratif-tematik. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan remaja dalam program olahraga yang dirancang secara terstruktur, berorientasi nilai, dan mengintegrasikan unsur life skills mampu meningkatkan berbagai aspek PYD, termasuk karakter, keterampilan sosial, regulasi diri, dan kemampuan bekerja sama. Setiap cabang olahraga memiliki potensi unik dalam memfasilitasi pembelajaran keterampilan hidup, bergantung pada karakteristik aktivitas dan desain program. Secara keseluruhan, olahraga terstruktur terbukti tidak hanya meningkatkan kemampuan fisik, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam membekali remaja dengan keterampilan esensial untuk menghadapi tuntutan perkembangan dan tantangan kehidupan modern.References
